| Warriors win their first basketball title since the club started. It was a great performance and a great win, heading the lead by 50 points to end the game 95 to 45. It was a fantastic atmosphere with highflying dunks from Simon Hoar and alihoop passing from Josh Crutchley. |

| Josh and the Shropshire Warriors visited the Saint Andrew's Health Clinic in Birmingham to open there new sports hall for the staying patients. The event was opened by a varity of musically songs by the patients followed by the Warriors opening the new Basketball court. Josh stated "Its an honour to be ask to be involved in this opening. As a Basketball player, sportsman, it is the facilities that give us the oppotunity to excel in our game. Having the facility to practice in helps us improve our game, creates dreams and acomplishments. Regardless weather its something you pusue or do for fun, you will always gain a sense of achievment and is up to you to progress and good facilities help that" Over 120 guest and staff all joined in and played ball. |

| At the weekend sunday morning Alex Cotterill started a sponsored run at 1:00am till 7:00am
She quotes "this weekend me and 6 of my friends took part in the MoonWalk London. It's a 26.2 mile walk through the night in aid of breast cancer and all the money raised goes towards this important cause! So far the rest of the tarts and i have raised a massive £1,410 and the money is continuing to be added to it everyday. I'd like to thank everyone for their generous sponsors and all the fantastic support. The walk was quite a challenge and knowing the money was going towards such an important cause really helped push us to the end. | Daniel Belgrave, the talented British DIV 1 basketball player has alot of choices to choose from as september draws near. Playing division 1 last year for coventry, one league below the BBL (British Basketball League) the highest league in Britain has up to three choices. 1st choice being Worcester University who host the professional BBL franchise Worcester Wolves. 2nd choice could be Leicester which again the city has a professional set up known as theLeicester Riders. 3rd could be the Shropshire Warriors DIV 3 set up. This club has had 3 premotions in the last 2 years and is growing strong. The Shropshire Warriors have hosted BBL games at its arena and is a very professional set up, an attraction of Shawn Jamison X NBA LA Clippers player and NBA Orlando magics super star John Ameichie who is to arrive on the 25th June to host the Shropshire Warriors camp and presentation evening.
